About

To explain the purposes of this blog, I shall answer the following questions:

Who Am I?

Going straight to the point,

My name is Panha S. Theng.

I am just a girl from a very small country called Cambodia. With a little bit of money and a huge amount passion, in 2015, I moved to Myanmar alone in order to learn more about the world, learn new things, and pursue my dream of becoming a social entrepreneur.

Occasionally, I also write and direct short films, which I think may express positive messages toward the audiences. The following are just a few of my short films:

  • Mana Movie (Official Selection for Chaktomuk Short Film Festival)
  • Mirror (Official Selection for &Proud LGBT Film Festival)

I also do many other things to satisfy my curiosity and to develop myself further. You may find those things along in this blog.

What is this blog about?

This blog is created as an online platform for me to share my point of views regarding various matters including:

  • My own journey in self development
  • My opinions on the economic status in Myanmar
  • My experiences as an independent traveller

There might be more but these are all I can think of at the moment

How did I Start this blog?

It would be a very long story if I were to tell you in details of how I started this blog. However, the main purpose is to establish myself in the online world as well as to share my ideas with the rest of the world.

With a strong belief in the power of storytelling and sharing, I hope that what I share here will be, to some extend, helpful and beneficial.

I hope that these little whispers of mine will serve you well regardless of your purposes of reading this blog.
